Guess I need to weigh myself daily. Gaining does not pinpoint any contributing factor after a week.
130.4 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 76.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I weigh once a week on a Friday so my head doesn’t get too invested! Weigh does fluctuate daily.

Yes! My head gets so invested I stress myself out trying to figure out what I ate that causes me to gain weight or did I do enough exercise. I am learning to be kinder to myself.
