Definitely need new scales. Cals 1390 carbs 49.4 consumed yesterday. This loss mystifies me. At least my measurements are more consistent than the scale. Think I'll invest in a mechanical scale.
129.3 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 75.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Ed. I will keep at it no matter what the scale says. I feel better for having changed my eating habits and exercise.
