18th bday on Saturday night, i did pretry good, had boil up last night, watercress, 3 potatoes and 4 neck chops, was delicious.. back on the grind this week lets go
104.1 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.8 kg a Week

Been in Tauranga for the last week with National Junior volleyball Champs.. was quite surprised with myself, eating was good aswel as water intake no gym at all but was busy everyday helping with the girls prep for their game, getting 2 my goal slowly but surely
