Getting more of an idea now of what I can eat. Theres not a lot of variety because I don't like a lot of food thats good. Had no time to work out last week so was a bit worried. Nevertheless I am very pleased with the result after a week. Workouts start again today. 😇
128.5 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 74.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
