散步後喝橙汁豆漿(1:2)不好喝,口渴喝觀音拿鐵(6:4) &梨(70g)&關節藥一包。
昨天的羊肉麵還掛在身上😆,複診藥有加強,也可能是藥物的關係,好在回診看報告不是類風濕。
