Exercised like a demon last week and managed to lose another 0.5Kg so 5.5Kgs to go and I'll be there, then the hard work begins, maintaining the weight loss. I will also start phase 2 of my journey, weight training to turn some of that soft pudding into muscle
95.5 kg Lost so far: 45.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
