32.4% body fat. 35.6% muscle.
I'm finally below 33% body fat, but I know that if I have a cheat today, I'll go back over it. Gonna stick to plans today.
99.1 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
