This weekend was the Asian Lunar New Year, Tet holiday.
We feasted and drank a lot of beer. So the first day after the Holiday, Tuesday, I followed a very strict diet. I wasn't hungry, but I probably didn't eat more than 1500 calories. I didn't weigh in until I was back on track for a day.
So far I'm pleased with my progress: I've lost 14lbs in a little less than 2 month, so I figure 7lbs a month.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
