Haven't been able to brisk walk or run for most of last 8 days - have tweaked left knee and probably needs physio. Last good run (for me) was 14 Feb. Been keeping calorie count in check to account for less activity
97.1 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
