Big surprise because we went out to eat at Tepanyaki Japanese steak house. I had vegetables, grilled salmon and steak with 2 bottles of Sapporo beer. When we got home I had a whiskey and soda, so I fully expected to wake up heavier.
96.0 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
