Started at around 136kg in early June but only recently started using this app.
126.7 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks! Good to see you moving some weights. I have a home gym and have been powerlifting for a few years (not competing), but am now trying to lose some weight and focus more on my physique.
