Just discovered this app today after looking for a calorie calculator online. I love how it has includes food from here in New Zealand as it would be a bit difficult. Have been surprised how much everything amounts to in calories and how I don't have alot to eat throughout the day. I know that my weight is likely to be a fluid buildup with my propranolol and pregabalin I am taking. Also have had major surgery recently too and have had to rest up for at least six to eight weeks.
104 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 30 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Miss Taurus! Another bull here, and kiwi girl too. Thankyou for making your journal public; I made mine public as I was inspired by seeing/reading other's progress (I have no entries yet). I haven't weighed myself since January but I'm also 104kg with about 30kg to lose; I'll be your cheer leader :D Fat Secret is a great app; I found MFP calories very restrictive and stressful. Right. I'm off to post my first journal entry! All the best x
