Just discovered this app today after looking for a calorie calculator online. I love how it has includes food from here in New Zealand as it would be a bit difficult. Have been surprised how much everything amounts to in calories and how I don't have alot to eat throughout the day. I know that my weight is likely to be a fluid buildup with my propranolol and pregabalin I am taking. Also have had major surgery recently too and have had to rest up for at least six to eight weeks.

Hi Miss Taurus! Another bull here, and kiwi girl too. Thankyou for making your journal public; I made mine public as I was inspired by seeing/reading other's progress (I have no entries yet).
I haven't weighed myself since January but I'm also 104kg with about 30kg to lose; I'll be your cheer leader :D Fat Secret is a great app; I found MFP calories very restrictive and stressful.
