Finding my way around this app and upgraded to the full access one for the month. I'm thinking about maybe letting people read my journal entries but I feel embarrassed about my weight size as I have not been this big before. I wish that they could leave it off so you can hide that. It has beenmy operation has made me realise that I do need to do something. I saw my chiropractor who is also a registered doctor on the weekend. He gave me my results of my X-rays but didn't mention anything about my weight. Unfortunately I have more than just EDS and this is the perfect opportunity for me to do something. My calorie intake is just over 2000 calories but I seem to be under it when I add my food entries so I am happy about it. Will let John know what I am doing when he comes home and will be careful how much I consume with him as he loves snacks.
