Working out most days. So far, I am staying reasonably consistent, even when feeling a bit sluggish and desperately wanting some "pick me up" food 😱 (low carb, IF, eating almost half of what I used to).

I am still determined to reach my goal. ☺
124.9 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
