Another week done. This week felt a little tougher, with a bit of stress at work, and some sad news (work friend leaving to start a new job), so there were some challenging moments.

I continue to get exercise when I can (10min walks during the day) and hitting the gym in the evening. Still getting stronger while losing weight. 😄
124.3 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
