Another week done. This week felt a little tougher, with a bit of stress at work, and some sad news (work friend leaving to start a new job), so there were some challenging moments.
I continue to get exercise when I can (10min walks during the day) and hitting the gym in the evening. Still getting stronger while losing weight. 😄
