heaps of exercise last week and stuck to 1000-1200 calories, had a 2000 calories deficient from mon-fri so good weight loss, hard to maintain though
105.5 kg Lost so far: 35.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
