Here we go again - level 4 lockdown and this time my eating has been more in control (having to budget better with money so food planning has become a "essential") and taking advantage of still doing daily walks outside and an online workout in afternoon. Routine is the key if you can. by sticking to what you were doing before lockdown helps keep things in control to a point and I found just avoiding the sweet aisle at Countdown has helped me beat the sugar cravings, lose weight and by not having that in the house has been easier to eat more fruit, veges and other homemade meals.
But a glass of wine craving isn't going away 😄

We will be out of this soon so stay strong and happy 😊 💚🧡💜
