I’ve been doing great but last week I just had a few bad days where I ate way too much. Ended up feeling bloated and awful but seeing that water weight on the scale I knew if I didn’t do something right away I’d be risking my journey. Had some nice girls on my Fitbit challenge who encouraged me to keep going. Pushed myself for the last 5 days doing 12500-14000 steps a day and saw the weight start to go down again.
Half a kilo until I’ve lost 50% of my body weight
And 1.5 kilos to my first goal in the normal BMI range.
So I’m happy enough and looking forward to starting my new weight goal and fitness goals
Hope you are all surviving lockdown it’s tough but let’s come out of it looking better at the very least 🙌🏻
75.4 kg Lost so far: 74.6 kg.    Still to go: 30.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
