Having a bad 2 days so worked hard today to not let it continue. Had to really remind myself how important it is to not go backwards. Today was good under calories goal plus 13500 steps.
It’s a big change to recognise when you are tempted to over eat and to be kind to myself but still stop it and get back on track instead of letting 2. Days turn into 2 weeks!
Hope everyone else is doing ok too. Wish lockdown would end already tired of seeing news about it and people breaking rules :(
73.7 kg Lost so far: 76.3 kg.    Still to go: 28.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
