No progress last few days. Kept the exercise up..
I do wonder if my BMR is lower than the estimate because I should lose weight eating 1200 but I don’t really
73.6 kg Lost so far: 76.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

You might grow muscles through exercise and therefore see no change on the scale. Also in order to loose 1kg fat you have to save 7000 kcal. It's actually a really slow process (unfortunately)

Do you think I need to reduce my calories more ? Exercise wise I do the same amount every day I’m not sure if I’m gaining much muscle now, my legs seem about the same. When I started this was easy I lost the first 60kilos so fast but now it’s painfully slow. I feel like my BMR is lower than calculated like it says I need 2600 calories but I am eating 1200 and I barely lose any weight since I began this goal ?

No, don't reduce your kcal more. It's best to be on a 500-800 calorie deficit. Otherwise it's counterproductive. It just takes long to loose weight after a while. I usually loose about 2kg a month. But that's normal.

Look into reverse dieting. Long term low calorie consumption creates metabolic adaption. Coach Mark Carrol has a great education program.
