Had a big weekend of running planned (48 km) so lowered week's deficit a lot and refueled pretty heavy after Sunday's run. Into a down week of training so back on a decent deficit for the next 7 days.
79 kg Lost so far: 26 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@Pinocchio Yeah, a decent wknd of kms but have been into running for a few years (as well as eating a ton, for more than a few years 🙈). Cheers @trishjones 👍
