So I have learnt what NSV’s are, thank you supporters 😁 And whilst I agree they are awesome it’s so nice to get a better result this week on the scales.
83.8 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 23.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
