Same stats as yesterday.
I like losing fat and then holding steady for a few days before initiating another drop.
Fat Secret is really helpful. The ability to monitor my caloric and macro intake and calorie burn is absolutely necessary to control my body composition.
95.2 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
