I had a few bad days but on good days I aimed for 1500cal and I.F 16:8. This week my goal is to have a good week. My short term goal is to do 75 days keto/lowcarb with IF and absolutely no takeaways for the duration. If I break it then I have to start again. I read that 75days is a good amount of time to break a habit so that's what I'm hoping for. Today I am on day 4/75 of my first goal. I know for my first week I could have lost more but it is what it is and I'm trying not to focus on the bad but rejoice in the good that I have done so far.
