Wow! Control, that's impressive slow downwards maintenance. 👌

Thanks dotty you will get to that point too soon maybe ? I think when you see the stomach skin beginning to wrinkle you put a quick halt on the weight loss. It does seemed to have helped a bit skin seems less wrinkly and feels a bit firmer in that stomach area. How’s your journey going 😊

That's such a good result, you must be so pleased 😊. I'm really enjoying adding in exercise and, hopefully, toning up. So far the trouble area is my inner thighs. Belly will come... but still carrying most weight there at present. Am doing a yoga "trim core challenge" and practising autophagy to try and minimise the upcoming loose skin as much as possible. Will definitely follow your example and slow the weight loss too!

So ridiculous yesterday I did a body pump
Class , surfed and went to the gym.,My weight seems to be stuck no matter what I do. Exercise obviously is not the answer. I’m tempted to do fasting but my brain really needs food every few you hours

@Muriel, I hear ya, I was a real grazer. So started Time Restricted Eating (TRE) in baby steps. First step was 14 hours clean fasting (most of which was sleep 😴) and a 10 hour eating window. And slowly increasing the fasting window from week to week. Good luck!
