No change..trying something different 1 week off exercising and starting too 16 hour IF hoping gain full muscle recovery with abit of weightloss we will see hope every1 is achieving there goals..👍🏼💪🏼
81.5 kg Lost so far: 26.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
