I totally understand how this may not be for everyone, but the benefit of posting a daily weight figure is I can see the very clear monthly pattern due to (probably) hormonal changes. I spike up like this at the end of a 30-day cycle and then drop back down. If I had not posted daily, I might not see the pattern and how you feel about yourself is important...
