I can’t believe my weight has gone down as I’ve been eating a lot of rubbish foods. Maybe it’s an encouragement to actually try harder.
92.6 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
