Amazed I’ve lost any weight as I’ve been stuck for weeks. I can’t even walk grr as I’ve hurt my knee so badly just walking around the block a few days ago. Bad knees anyway but I love to walk. So a pleasant surprise to lose 0.5Kg and more so as eating hasn’t been well regulated. I’m encouraged.
