A bad weigh in. Preparing for big surgery next week. Stress. Overeating. Sweets and Chips. It’s okay though because next weigh in will see improvement. In 2 weeks time. Will be very limited in exercise but better in mind to deal with food intake. Have asked those who will cook for me to make healthy food.
93.6 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
