travelled to SI for few days stopped keto, got covid on return. not interested in food but sticking to keto 300 to 500 cal only a day
any one else done keto with covid?

110 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 25 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

No I haven't done keto with covid. Our daughter has though. She makes a lot of meals, baking etc and freezes it, but it takes a lot of time. We have been lucky to have dodged covid so far, I hope you were OK with it. 🤞
