I'm trying to add some muscle between now and the end of January, then cut fat starting February 1st.
I had an insane workout yesterday:
3 sets of Tyson push-ups at home, drove the wife to work, then hit the gym for:
4 sets of dips,
4 sets incline coffin presses
4 sets decline chest on the Hammer Strength machine
4 sets pec fly machine
5 sets high cable chest pulls
5 sets low cable chest pulls
4 sets dumbbell lateral raises
4 sets crossover cable delt

I went to functional failure every exercise and finished some of them with drop sets.
Picked up the wife from work, cleaned the big aquarium and changed some of the filter media.
I ate heavy but I burned a lot of calories on my workout. Slept like 9 hours.
95.3 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

That's not a lot of time. Muscle grows pretty slowly. I would reevaluate at the end of January. Good luck!
