not sure way weight gain, could be because covid made me lose to much to fast, and body is sorting itself out,have stuck to keto very well last week have kept RDI about 60%
109.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
