Woke up hungry at midnight and ate about 300 calories in beef jerky and a protein bar, but still posted a loss.
I know, the first 10lbs fall off fast and after a month on ~2100 kcal my body adjusts and it's harder to lose weight.
99.4 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
