P2D1 didn’t have any desire to eat. Had to force food to ensure I ate something. Fish and cottage cheese I. One day does not reach 500cal so must eat meat and one of these foods. Drank water and teas not sure if I reached 2 litres though.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
