Yesterday was a very good day for me.
I woke up at 5:30, walked to the gym but only did about 4 sets.
I came home, showered, logged in to work and did the morning tech training.
I made it back to the gym again, did about 12-14 sets in the afternoon.
Total walking 4.6 miles.
Got very good early weight loss.
Will do similar today.
99.1 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
