Was a bit peckish this afternoon but I stocked up yesterday so had cucumber and cottage cheese. Great go to snack. Avoiding apples as a trial.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
