Been a while again. Meant to enter my weight a few weeks ago but kept forgetting. Doing cardio 3 to 4 times per week at the Y. Trying to not eat any heavy snacks after 7 PM. Retiring in 12 working days.
124.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
