I was irritated this morning after knowing I gave in to eating some regular lays style chips w/ dip and some tortilla chips w/ salsa. I guess I was craving the salt. After working out tonight I reluctantly weighed in and to my surprise, it was 249. I forgot my regular snack today. I ate a good salad w/ romaine lettuce, spinach, pine nuts, croutons, bacon bits, a roma tomato, and a little cheddar cheese. I topped it with some Catalina dressing... just to get rid of it. I'm not a fan of that kind of dressing. That weigh in just motivated the crap out of me. Cool beans. On to 239!!
