was kinda worried on if i was ganna lose, didnt go for my walk due to my son not feeling well, all i did was my weighted hula hoop. i also ate more then planned cuz of a stupid tongue urge. i wasnt hungry after eating but my mouth had that sensation to keep eating. in which i decided to sipnon soup.
116.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 48.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
