Plenty of exercise had a couple of cheat days that I have to keep an eye on as its easy to slip back into comfort eating but happy with my level of exercise. Getting up between 4.50 and 5.00 am and squeezing in up to 2 hrs of walking before work, got to keep it up.
109.5 kg Lost so far: 31.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
