Continuing to eat a Carnivore diet, while also doing a fair bit of exercise (walking, cycling, hiking). Made it to the summit of Bluff Knoll (highest peak in the Stirling Ranges in southern WA @ 1099m. 5 hr round trip), for the first time yesterday. 😁
