Quite a drop going through stressful life situation I guess. Family member in palliative care. Go to bed early and skip evening snacks

52.6 kg Lost so far: 97.4 kg. Still to go: 7.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.4 kg a Week
