no losa this morning which is fine my fat content was a little higher then normal. and i exercised 2 times yesterday. one 30m walk, and one 20m weighted hoop session.
105.4 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 37.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
