I felt victory today. I went for my first walk for lunch.. while eating my multigrain bread, turkey, cheese, spinach, and romaine lettuce sandwich. Maybe that kicked it in. Who knows. It's on now.
110.7 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
