Day 10 of Covid.
I still feel exhausted and dizzy when I stand up.

95.4 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg. Still to go: 12.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.1 kg a Week

I was the same after I had it. I got Long Haulers. I make an effort to avoid reinfection.
