Going to try to drink more water, lower sodium, have a banana (potassium), and keep protein up. 30-40 mins daily on the stationary bike. Oh, and need to pick up more B-Complex when I go out today.
I've worked hard at this, I am determined to reach my goals!

Im not very fond of bananas, but they are good for me. And I, like prolly many others, cook with way too much salt.
