Extremely sore. I'm guessing water weight was put on. My weekend wasn't very good with eating. I took the kids out to KFC on Saturday evening. It was later than I should have gone out. Time wasn't on my side that day. We ate when we could get to it. It will get better. I will continue to work the soreness out.
108.9 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
