Can I ask what is your typical calorie in take per day and what is your calorie deficit

My calorie deficit is quite large, usually between 1200-1400 calories. I'm only doing this while my bmi is over 30. At this rate I'm losing 1% of my bodyweight per week with relative ease.

Thanks for the info. I see you do weights and cardio but unfortunately both aren’t an option for me. I have CFS (Chronic Fatigue) and also thyroid cancer, and just had surgery couple months ago (related to the cancer) that’s resulted in restricted neck and arm movement that I’m having physio for. So I’m going to have to achieve my weight loss through diet alone. Ive just started my weight loss journey this week.

If you're only dieting my advice is to keep your protein high, at least 1 gram per kg of body weight. That way you minimize any muscle loss during dieting. I have bad knees so my cardio is low impact, just some walking and rowing on a machine.

Have you tried emailing the app creators? If you know the profile name and the email account that you used to make it they should be able to recover it for you.
