So I have moved my scale from wood floor to stone floor in the bathroom. I think I was getting an inaccurate read sometimes. My digital scale is dependable though.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
